Laying the Foundation with
Entrepreneurship Course
In 2019, I enrolled in an Entrepreneurship course at Tallinn Kopli Vocational School. This course covered essential aspects such as:
- an introduction to entrepreneurship fundamentals,
- crafting and initiating business ideas,
- developing services and products,
- marketing strategies,
- crucial legal considerations in starting a business,
- the basics of accounting and taxation.
- It also provided opportunities to meet mentors,
- create and format business plans,
- delve into financial planning, and defend business proposals.
Lacking specific skills in sales and marketing, as well as a clear sense of direction, I postponed the idea of starting my own business. However, this experience enabled me to look for opportunities and embark on a unique and rewarding professional journey.
Diverse Experience and Steady Growth
During this transformative time, I bid farewell to my 9-5 job and embraced the dynamic lifestyle of a day laborer, physically immersing myself in various workplaces each day through an online platform GoWorkaBit. This brought a refreshing challenge, allowing me to choose daily work adventures and embrace the flexibility that accompanied this unconventional path.
Additionally, I joined a security team, contributing to event safety at various entertainment venues over two years.

Opportunities With Startups
Along this path came the opportunity to work at Bolt in 2019 when they launched the Scooter Service in Estonia. My role involved assembling scooters, diagnosing issues, and managing inventory. As one of the shift managers, my tasks included charging electric scooters and overseeing their distribution and collection by drivers throughout the city. Testing a new product prototype added a fun and meaningful dimension to my work.
Following my time with Bolt, I began to work in Estonia’s pioneering Specialty Boba Tea Shop: BobaKoda. Here, I quickly learned kitchen management, overseeing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations. Working closely with the owner and engaging in customer service provided insights into running a business. The company gained popularity, supported by a strong social media presence on TikTok and Instagram.
Opportunities With Startups

Becoming a teacher / coach
Additionally, I took on a personal challenge to overcome a fear of deep waters and learn how to swim. Initiating self-study at pools, I acquired basic swimming abilities. However, recognizing the importance of correct technique, I enrolled in a swimming course.
A couple of months later, with newfound confidence in swimming, an opportunity presented itself. I found a job posting for a trainer position. My application, now highlighting the recent swimming course, led to an invitation to join the team. Within two months, I underwent intensive training to become proficient in giving swimming lessons to kids.
During my two years in this role, I acquired valuable skills, including patience, friendliness, accountability, delegation, leadership, and more.

While coaching, I chose to learn new skills. Spotting an opportunity for growth, I offered to create a website for free, convinced it would be a success. To support this effort, I applied to a free web development course at the Tallinn School of Economics.
Once accepted, I faced another challenge – with no computer and no experience with them for the past 7 years, I showed up to the course. Besides entering this course, I also took a UX-Design course at Tallinn University. Alongside these, I self-studied web development, digital marketing, business, psychology, and sales through more courses, books, and webinars while offering freelance services of proofreading, editing, translating, copywriting, content writing, web development and digital marketing.

Focusing on Collaboration and Growth
Over the years I have served over 140+ international customers.
This freelancing journey culminated in the founding of my company on March 8, 2023.
After founding the company and offering services alone, I have decided to bring my focus also on expansion and collaboration. This led me to be a part of a marketing mastermind group in 2023. Additionally, I volunteered at the first SEO Estonia Conference, where I was introduced to new concepts and possibilities regarding collaboration, utilizing my diverse skill set and strategic planning.
As of 2024, I’m excited to be enrolled in many engaging courses, exploring Cinematography, Editing, Color Grading, VFX with DaVinci Resolve, and Sound Design. Besides immersing myself in the world of visual media, I’m also taking a deep dive into the dynamic field of Sales Management.
All of this is a fantastic opportunity to expand my skills and fuel my passion for storytelling, reaching other people, and creating value.
As of 2024, I’m excited to be enrolled in many engaging courses, exploring Cinematography, Editing, Color Grading, VFX with DaVinci Resolve, and Sound Design.
